By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RaktaCare application ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

RaktaCare is a platform designed to facilitate blood donation by:

• Screening potential donors for health eligibility based on provided information.
• Providing educational articles and event information related to blood donation.
• Allowing users to request blood in emergency situations.
• Connecting donors and requesters in real-time during emergencies.
• Offering insights and updates through notifications and alerts.

3. Health Eligibility Screening

• The App provides a preliminary health eligibility screening based on information you input. This screening is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or guarantee eligibility to donate blood.
• A final determination of eligibility will be made by qualified medical professionals at the blood donation center.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the screening process.
• RaktaCare is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App's screening results.
• If a donor is currently on medication and still chooses to accept a blood donation request, RaktaCare will not be held liable for any consequences.
• If a requester proceeds with a donor whose health screening is incomplete or not verified, RaktaCare assumes no responsibility for the outcome.

4. Information and Content

• The App provides articles, event information, and other content for educational and informational purposes only.
• This content should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical questions or concerns.
• RaktaCare makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided.

5. Emergency Blood Requests

• The emergency blood request feature is intended to connect individuals in need with potential donors.
• RaktaCare does not guarantee the availability of blood or the response time of potential donors.
• You are responsible for verifying the identity and qualifications of any potential donor contacted through the App.
• In emergency situations, always contact emergency medical services in addition to using this App.
• RaktaCare will not be held liable for any negative outcome due to the use or disuse of the emergency blood request feature.
• RaktaCare does not charge any fees from donors or requesters for using the platform.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to distribute or upload any malicious software or code to the App.
• You are responsible for any data charges that may accrue from App usage.
• By using the App, you affirm that all data and personal information you submit is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

7. App Usage and Responsibilities

• Users are expected to use RaktaCare solely for the purpose of genuine blood donation or emergency requests.
• Misuse of the App or its features (such as submitting false requests, impersonation, or fraudulent data entry) may lead to account suspension or termination.
• RaktaCare provides tools and connections but does not perform the donation procedure. All actual medical assessments and procedures are conducted by authorized professionals at certified blood banks or hospitals.
• The App also provides timely updates and notifications. By using the App, you consent to receive such communication, which may include alerts regarding donations, system updates, events, and policy changes.

• RaktaCare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
