• Allowing users to request blood in emergency situations.

3. Health Eligibility Screening

• The App provides a preliminary health eligibility screening based on information you input. This screening is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or guarantee eligibility to donate blood.
• A final determination of eligibility will be made by qualified medical professionals at the blood donation center.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the screening process.
• RaktaCare is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App's screening results.

4. Information and Content

• The App provides articles, event information, and other content for educational and informational purposes only.
• This content should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical questions or concerns.
• RaktaCare makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided.

5. Emergency Blood Requests

• The emergency blood request feature is intended to connect individuals in need with potential donors.
• RaktaCare does not guarantee the availability of blood or the response time of potential donors.
• You are responsible for verifying the identity and qualifications of any potential donor contacted through the App.
• RaktaCare will not be held liable for any negative outcome due to the use or disuse of the emergency blood request feature.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (if applicable).
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to distribute or upload any malicious software or code through the App.
• You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile carrier or internet service provider related to your use of the App.

7. Privacy Policy

• RaktaCare disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
• RaktaCare does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RaktaCare, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
• This limitation of liability applies regardless of the cause of action.

11. Modification of Terms

• RaktaCare reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
• If a revision is material, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting the updated Terms within the App, sending an email, or other notification methods) prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
• By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
